Common questions

How do I save a video?

Inside Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X, tap the share button on any post and choose Hoardmark from the share sheet. That's it. You're back in your feed straight away, and Hoardmark takes it from there.

Why does my summary take a few minutes?

Hoardmark listens to the whole video and reads it for you, which takes a few minutes for most videos (longer ones can take more). You don't need to keep the app open. We send a push notification the moment your summary is ready.

A save is stuck or a summary looks wrong

Occasionally a video can't be processed, for example if it's private, deleted, or region locked. If a save has been stuck for more than an hour, or a summary looks off, email us the link you saved and we'll look into it.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone (or the App Store app → your profile → Subscriptions) to change plans, cancel, or manage your free trial. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current period.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. Your data is removed from our primary databases within 30 days (backups may persist up to 90 days). Details are in our Privacy Policy. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

How do I report content?

Email privacy@hoardmark.com with the link and a short description, and we'll review it promptly.
